Chris Dobbelaere

President - Bellevue

Chris is an accomplished leader with nearly 30 years of experience in program management, process improvement, business operations, and quality assurance.
With an undergrad in Manufacturing Engineering, he began his career in Aerospace as a process engineer responsible for several end-to-end processes and products for Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Airbus, Lockheed Martin, and more. He promoted the adoption of lean six sigma principles and other toolsets that became the standard process improvement execution. Chris was promoted to Director of Quality upon an urgent need to address operational, quality, and throughput problems that placed major client accounts in jeopardy. Chris leveraged his team-based approach to uncover the key trouble areas surrounding people, process, and tools, and made the necessary changes to build a best-in-class quality control department responsible for $60M in product revenue across 20+ customers.
Chris proceeded into the banking industry, where he was responsible for building a hybrid PMO and Process Improvement team for Washington Mutual’s Retail Bank. He and his team were responsible for the ideation and execution of process improvement initiatives across all front and back-office processes for the 2000+ financial center network. The Retail Operational Excellence team (Lean / Six Sigma) supported 6 executives and business units across a 30K employee /15 state division and achieved $300MM + in cost, revenue, and productivity benefits in year over year savings.
Chris has spent the past 15+ years in the consulting services industry with Bradson Consulting. His blend of corporate consulting experience has provided him with a unique perspective on what clients look for, what makes a great consultant, and what it takes to be a highly reputable consulting firm. As a repeated target of high-pressure consulting salespeople in his former roles, Chris and his team aimed to improve the process with a business model that strictly focuses on customer delivery and attracting and maintaining the best talent.
