His career has been focused on solving strategically important problems for clients in the software, healthcare, insurance, retail, high-tech, and manufacturing industries. Jeff's depth of knowledge covers sales and marketing strategy, ERP and CRM, business process optimization, outsourcing, analytics, and organizational capability design.

Jeff is passionate about helping others to develop and achieve their personal and professional goals. He and his wife, Karen, have been married for 24 years and have four wonderful children. An avid golfer and native of the Pacific Northwest, Jeff enjoys the outdoors, water sports, cooking and food. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia University.
