Phil is a driven leader with over 13 years of experience leading delivery teams in IT Consulting, as well as providing business development consulting solutions in the Greater Seattle area. His sales knowledge encompasses IT Project Delivery, Application Development, Digital Experience, Data & Analytics, and Infrastructure Cloud Services. Previous to his current role, he spent 15 years in adventure outfitting where he created customized outdoor customer experiences. Phil is passionate about providing a higher level of service through relationships and cultivating an internal culture that is solely focused on our clients and consultants.

Phil has been married to his wife Katie for over 20 years and have 4 children together. He dedicates his time to his family but also loves fishing, hunting, and Seahawks football.
